# 인증과정에서 인증서 목록이 보이지 않아요

## 해결방법 1:  인증서 디바이스 설치 및 허용

아래의 설치 파일을 클릭하여 업데이트된 인증서 제출 모듈을 <mark style="color:red;">**다운로드 후 실행하여 설치 부탁드립니다.**</mark>

{% hint style="danger" %} <mark style="background-color:orange;">**프로그램 실행 시 뜨는 모듈프로그램 (iBASEWSH.exe 파일)을 설치해야**</mark> 인증서 목록이 보여요.

인증하기 버튼 클릭 후 목록이 보이지 않을 경우 <mark style="color:red;background-color:orange;">**재접속하여 모듈 설치 후 디바이스 허용을 눌러주세요**</mark>\ <mark style="color:red;background-color:orange;">**\* 인증서 디바이스 허용 팝업은 인증 시마다 표시됩니다.**</mark>

## 해결방법 2: 인증서 여러 경로에 저장 시 문제 발생

또한 <mark style="background-color:orange;">**아래와 같이3개의 경로에 중복 인증서/만료인증서가 존재하면 오류**</mark>**가 발생하므로 확인**해 주세요.

* C:\Users\사용자\AppData\LocalLow\NPKI&#x20;
* C:\Program Files\NPKI&#x20;
* C:\Program Files (x86)\NPKI

### 2-1. 인증서 관리 프로그램 실행

### 2-2. 만료된 인증서 삭제

실행된 인증서 관리 프로그램에서 ‘만료일’을 확인 후 만료된 인증서는 \[인증서 삭제]를 통해 정리해주세요.

### 2-3. 인증서 경로 정리

위 3개의 경로에서 중복된 인증서가 없는지 확인해주세요.\
인증서는  아래의 경로에 있는'발급기관'에 맞춰 넣어주세요.

**C드라이브 > Users > '사용자PC명' > AppData > LocallLow > NPKI > '발급기관'**\ <mark style="color:red;">**\* Ex) 금융결제원 인증서 -> yessgin**</mark>
